Job Description
Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for temporary Cannabis Packaging Technicians to work in their facility about a 30-45 minute drive North of Saginaw, MI. You should be eager to be a part of a thriving Cannabis company. You have a positive attitude, work ethic and are very attentive to details. Shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm - 12:30am

As a Packaging Technician, you will help to measure cannabis products, package the product, and then label the product accordingly. You will also get to help collect samples and perform tests to ensure quality. You may perform a variety of other processing tasks as needed. While experience packaging cannabis is not required, you should have experience adhering to strict health and safety policies and procedures.

Attention to detail and the ability to closely follow standard operating procedures is required. You should also have the ability to sit, stand, twist, and kneel for up to 8 hours. Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Eligible to work for a licensed Cannabis company in the State of Michigan
• Willingness to comply with OSHA regulations
• Basic Computer Skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to sit, stand, kneel AND twist up to 8 hours
• Ability to work in a GMP environment, which includes but is not limited to wearing required PPE

Preferred Qualifications:

-2+ months of cannabis packaging experience

Pay Rate: $14.75/hour
