Position Summary To assist in achieving the companys strategic objective by following and innovating company systems and processes. Assist with inventory accuracy and shop productivity by keeping an accurate track of all parts.

• Answer phone calls, emails, and faxes as needed.
• Complete inventory counts daily, weekly, and quarterly as scheduled.
• Forward any RFQs to the Fulfillment Manager for quotes.
• Process purchase orders received by creating estimates and sales orders in our system.
• Create assembly build records to generate serial numbers, and provide corresponding paperwork to Operations.
• Create return authorizations for customer core, new part, and warranty returns.
• Transfer and adjust inventory to ensure the system is accurate to physical inventory.
• Unpack, sort and receive shipment deliveries.
• Operate forklift according to standard safely guidelines.
• Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered.
• Process new warranties received.
• Etch all injectors with correct serial numbers, trim codes, and branding.
• Package completed injectors as necessary for the customer.
• Prepare packages, pallets, and shipping documents for outbound shipments as needed.
• Fulfill and invoice outbound orders.
• Organize and clean all fulfillment areas as necessary.
• Assist the Operations team as necessary.
• Meet or exceed KPI’s
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist the Fulfillment Manager as necessary, and complete their duties when theyre out.
• Follow the DFI system and report any problems to management immediately.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
• Valid Driver's license.

• Prolonged periods sitting at desk and working on a computer
• Prolonged periods of standing at packing station
• Ability to lift, move, and carry objects to 50 lbs.
• Shop environment that can include exposure to loud noises, dirt, and dust
• Ability to squat, kneel, and bend over
• Ability to lift objects to shoulder level
