This position is critical in supporting the design, development, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for our fabricated sheet metal and commercial refrigeration products. The Manufacturing Engineer plays a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and innovation across our production operations.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a vital role in improving how our products are built—ensuring processes are efficient, cost‑effective, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with production, engineering, and cross‑functional teams to bring ideas from concept to reality.

• Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment
• Create and maintain 3D CAD models, engineering drawings, and process documentation
• Support prototype builds, testing, and validation of manufacturing processes
• Manage project timelines, costs, and engineering change documentation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product development and production
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and provide hands‑on production support
• Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, safety, and efficiency
• Train and support employees on manufacturing processes and best practices
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required)

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing process design, preferably in sheet metal fabrication and assembly.

• Proficiency in CAD software and strong general computer skills
• Ability to create accurate 3D models and detailed drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and precision measurement skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and work instructions
• Knowledge of sheet metal processes (bending, welding, laser cutting, assembly)
• Understanding of quality control, lean manufacturing, and cost optimization
• Strong math skills (geometry and trigonometry)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to evaluate solutions using logic and reasoning and incorporate feedback
