Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a Site Leader to oversee all manufacturing operations in a growing aerospace and precision manufacturing facility. This hands-on senior role directs Production, Supply Chain, Facilities, Engineering and Quality to achieve safety, quality and on-time delivery targets.
You will drive Lean transformation, develop leadership teams, and manage KPIs to improve productivity and profitability while aligning with customer requirements and industry regulations.
