Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: Saginaw, MI
Compensation: $110,000-$125,000/year + Full Benefits
Schedule: Full-Time

Our services include medication administration, pain management, complex wound care, ongoing therapy, dementia care, and hospice services-all delivered by a dedicated and experienced clinical team.
Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and well-staffed facility that values collaboration, clinical excellence, and personalized care.

- Current RN license in the state of Michigan
- Prior DON or leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
