We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a part‑time night shift basis at our Saginaw location. The LPN will provide high‑quality nursing care to patients, assist with treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols during the night shift.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document accordingly.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  
  Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies during the night shift.

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a flexible schedule.

This position is based at our facility located at 915 N. River Rd., Saginaw, MI. The role requires working overnight hours in a fast‑paced healthcare environment, providing care to a diverse patient population.
