MEDICAL SURGICAL NURSE - MEDICAL SURGICAL

Schedule:

Nights 12 hours 7P - 7:15A
Every Other Weekend/Holiday

Requirements:
- 2+ Years of Med Surg Experience
- Med/Surg Observation Experience
- Active Michigan RN License
- Active American Heart Association BLS

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide nursing care using the Nursing Process: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Complete nursing assessments of patients and document appropriately in the patient chart.
- Develop and implement patients' plans of care based on assessments.
- Evaluate patients' responses to care and update plans accordingly.
- Oversee the delegation of specific aspects of the patient care plan to unit staff.
