Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as ordered by physicians

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Monitor and report patient status to physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Michigan
