Job Opportunity – Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – Michigan

Schedule:
Every other weekend and holiday rotation; no call required
Highlights:
Diverse patient population including oncology, observation, hospice, and general medical-surgical cases
13-week contract assignment with potential for extension
Work under the supervision of an experienced Med-Surg Nurse Manager
Collaborative team environment with delegation and supervisory responsibilities
Opportunity to utilize the full nursing process in patient care delivery
Balanced work-life schedule with every other weekend rotation
Requirements:
Active Michigan RN license (must be verified through LARA and/or Nursys)
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
Medical-Surgical Observation experience required
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
Current skills checklist (within 1 year) specific to Medical-Surgical specialty
Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
Candidates within 50-mile radius of the facility location will be considered
