Benefits

• Per diem rate: $145/hour
• Medical professional liability insurance

Responsibilities

• 4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
• Case mix: GI/Endo - 4,800 cases annually;
  Surgical - 4,600 cases annually;
  Ortho, Uro, Plastics – your standard outpatient cases
• EMR: EPIC
• Shift types: 8-hour shifts
• No nights, no call, no weekends
• Great Work/Life Balance Opportunity

Requirements

• Active state license
• NBCRNA Certification
• ALS/BLS Certifications
