Travel Nursing opportunity:
Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC night shift in Saginaw, MI. Active RN license, BLS and ACLS required. Join our team and support patient recovery in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting.
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care)

- Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel RN / Travel Nursing)
- Shift: 12-hour nights (3 x 12-hour shifts per week) — Night Shift RN
- Hours per Week: 36
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Start Date: March 23, 2026
- Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1890-$1990
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
- ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
- Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience (acute care, LTAC, or similar settings)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Experience with interdisciplinary care planning and patient rehabilitation is a plus
- Deliver high-quality nursing care consistent with individualized care plans in a long-term acute care environment
- Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists, social work) to develop and implement patient care goals
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and promptly using electronic medical records
- Participate in patient rehabilitation programs, discharge planning, and transitions of care
- Promote patient and staff safety by adhering to hospital safety protocols and infection control practices
- Provide direction and support to ancillary nursing personnel and contribute to team-based problem solving
- Maintain open communication with care teams, patients, and families to support recovery and care goals
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team-building activities
