Our Skilled Nursing team delivers specialized care to patients across a variety of areas, including orthopedics, cardiac care, respiratory health, oncology, palliative care, infectious diseases, neurology, and dermatology. You’ll have the autonomy to evaluate patient needs and administer care as you see fit, leveraging cutting‑edge technology and being an integral part of a robust interdisciplinary team.

Starting wages: LPN $30.15 per hour + $3.40 Hero Pay = $34.55 per hour. Yearly wage increases are provided. We also offer:

• 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts available

• Perform various treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician, advising patients and families on medication changes and treatment plans
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on the patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being
• Oversee the CNA team, assigning duties, offering training, and contributing to performance evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all interactions with guests, families, and visitors

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher
• High analytical ability to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing and rehabilitation care, and solve problems concerning patient well‑being
• Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done
