Premise Health Inc. is seeking a Part Time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide care to employees and their dependents at our Health Center in Saginaw, MI. This role offers a flexible schedule of 20 hours per week, including Tuesday and Thursday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.
