About the Role:

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to patients with various medical conditions and needs

• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, identify patient needs, and communicate with patients and families

• Administer medications and treatments, as ordered by physicians, and monitor patient responses

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documentation, and statistics

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and education programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient rounds and identify areas for improvement in patient care

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques

• Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment, adhering to all infection control and safety protocols
