** About the Role
** We are seeking a dedicated
** Nurse Practitioner
** to join our busy and growing sleep medicine practice serving four clinic locations:
Saginaw, Bay City, Midland, and Mt. Pleasant. This is an
** in-person, outpatient-only role
** with no evening or weekend call responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is passionate about sleep medicine and committed to providing high-quality care to patients with sleep-related disorders.
** Schedule
* ** Full-time, outpatient clinic setting
* Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
* No evenings or weekend call
* Travel between clinic locations based on schedule
** Key Responsibilities
*** Conduct in-person patient evaluations and follow-up visits
* Diagnose and manage sleep disorders, including:
* Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA)
* Narcolepsy* Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS)
* Insomnia* Review patient medical histories
* Develop and implement treatment plans, including CPAP therapy and medications
* Educate patients on sleep health, treatment compliance, and lifestyle modifications
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
* Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and clinical staff across locations
* Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
* Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
** Qualifications
* ** Current, unrestricted
** Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (Michigan)
*** Board certification required
* Prior experience in sleep medicine preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and patient care skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
* Willingness to travel between clinic locations
