Registered Nurse RN - $40.55 per hour (Saginaw, MI)

Starting wages: $37.15 per hour. You will receive an additional $3.40 per hour hero pay, plus yearly wage increases.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed and advise patients and families about medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluation.
• Work shifts 8 hours long, rotating weekends and some holidays with afternoon and day shifts as needed.

• Registered Nurse License REQUIRED in Michigan
• Current CPR‑BLS certification REQUIRE­D
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans and solve complex problems.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting fellow staff members and achieving goals.
