• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Record patient data and vital signs accurately and thoroughly.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, ensuring proper infection control procedures.
• Report any changes or concerns to nursing staff and participate in handovers.
• Support residents with rehabilitation and restorative care programs.

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Michigan.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients safely and efficiently.
