Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for Baylor Shift to support patients at home, traveling to patient homes as needed. You’ll educate families, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and help patients achieve healthcare goals while maintaining high-quality care.
The role requires an active RN license in the work state, at least two years of nursing experience (home health preferred), a valid driver’s license, and CPR/BCLS certification.
