Position Overview

Join our award‑winning team at Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Michigan. Provide specialized care to patients in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess needs, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages $30.15 per hour

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
• Afternoons Needed – 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
• Day Shift also needed

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed, advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team – give direction and assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations

• Current LPN license in Michigan and current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or higher
• Strong analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and effective nursing care
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering high‑quality, passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done
