Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team in an Assisted Living and Memory Care setting. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all nursing operations within the facility
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Lead, train, and support the nursing team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain excellent communication with residents and families
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in the state of Michigan
- Prior DON or leadership experience in Assisted Living and/or Memory Care
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate leader with a resident-first mindset
