Registered Nurse (RN) | Providing Compassionate Care and Meaningful Connections Covenant Skilled Nursing & Rehab at Wellspring – Saginaw | Full-time or Part-time | Hourly $37.40 - $40.65
You chose nursing because you wanted to make a difference when it mattered most. You understand that great nursing is about more than assessments, medications, and clinical skills. It's about being present during difficult moments, advocating for residents, supporting families, and helping people maintain dignity, comfort, and independence. At Wellspring, those moments happen every day. A resident recovering from a hospitalization.
A family member looking for reassurance. Someone navigating changes in their health and relying on a trusted nurse to guide, support, and care for them. At Wellspring, we're looking for Registered Nurses who are passionate about combining clinical excellence with compassionate, person-centered care. As an RN, you'll play a vital role in helping residents achieve the highest level of physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being while serving as a leader and advocate within the care team.
You'll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while helping create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and truly feels like home. Most importantly, you'll help ensure every resident receives the care, dignity, and respect they deserve.
You’ll provide skilled nursing care that supports each resident's unique needs, goals, and preferences. You’ll be a trusted presence for residents and families, helping them navigate health changes while providing education, encouragement, and support. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, dietary staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive coordinated, high-quality care. You’ll assess resident conditions, monitor changes, implement physician orders, and advocate for interventions that promote positive outcomes and quality of life.
You’ll help guide and support nursing assistants and other team members while fostering a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care. You’ll contribute to care planning, admissions, discharges, and transitions while helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone in the community. Some days you’ll be celebrating a resident's progress after rehabilitation. Other days you’ll be comforting a family member, coordinating care with physicians, mentoring a nursing assistant, or identifying a subtle change in condition that prevents a larger problem.
Every day, your knowledge, compassion, and attention to detail make a difference.
For many residents, nurses are the people they see most often. You're the person they trust with their concerns, rely on for guidance, and turn to when they need reassurance. Your clinical judgment helps protect resident health, while your compassion helps residents feel valued and cared for. In skilled nursing, quality care isn't measured only by treatments provided. It's measured by comfort maintained, dignity preserved, relationships built and lives improved.
As a Registered Nurse, you'll help make all of that possible.
You are passionate about providing person-centered care. You value meaningful relationships with residents and families. You enjoy being part of a collaborative healthcare team. You are a strong advocate for resident well‑being. You lead with compassion, professionalism, and integrity. You remain calm and confident in changing situations. You believe every resident deserves exceptional care and respect.
What You’ll Bring- Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
