Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Saginaw, MI area. You will deliver in-home care, perform assessments, administer infusions, educate patients and care partners, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy.
Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in Michigan, have infusion or IV therapy experience, and can work 20–24 hours weekly with a flexible schedule and on-call rotation. Mileage reimbursement is provided.
