Quality Manager
CompensationBase pay range: $/yr - $/yr. Additional compensation:
Annual Bonus.
Saginaw, MI – Greater Saginaw-Midland-Bay City Area
Responsibilities- Manage and direct the daily activities of the Quality Department; study, recommend for approval, and implement Quality policies, procedures and required documentation.
- Coordinate ISO 9001, maintain registration and execute all job responsibilities in accordance with ISO 9001.
- Oversee the preparation of FMEA, control plans and instruction sheets.
- Ensure staff is trained and knowledgeable in the areas of quality policies, procedures, safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement.
- Issue debits for vendor quality concerns and issues through the Quality Department; sign off on customer debits and quality invoices.
- Maintain and report out monthly to Executive Management on Quality Metrics.
- Monitor external customer quality issues and corrective action.
- 5+ years experience in Quality Engineering.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment with highly engineered components.
