Quality Auditor

Location: Saginaw, Michigan 48601

Work Arrangement: On-Site

You'll conduct structured audits, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with ISO/IATF standards and customer requirements. • Conduct internal quality audits (process, product, and system) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Support APQP activities including PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Validation
• Identify non-conformances and lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) documentation, procedures, and audit schedules
• Analyze quality data using Microsoft Excel and create reports and dashboards
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Support customer and third‑party audits
• Control non‑conforming materials and documentation
• Verify calibration of inspection and testing equipment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis

• Completion and effectiveness of internal audits
• Reduction of non-conformances
• Timeliness of audit reporting and CAPA closure
• Positive audit results from ISO/IATF and customer audits
• Accuracy of quality data reporting

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of internal quality auditing experience
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Experience with APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and SPC
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Associate or Bachelor degree
• Internal Auditor certification
• Lean or Six Sigma experience
• Manufacturing environment experience
