Become a Part-Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $17.50 per hour.

Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available based on location needs.

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz around the HP brand and its products in a local big‑box retailer and surrounding office supply stores. You will demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations to their needs, build rapport with customers, and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report sales data, competitive insights, and inventory status to Retail Operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1‑year relevant work experience.
• Six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Problem‑solving, tech‑savvy mindset and outgoing personality.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Experience with a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs.
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus.
• Training or product demonstration experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
