The Team Member (TM) supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes. They help maintain an active selling culture by ensuring all processes adhere to documented company standards aimed at driving sales.

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and execute company directives, policies, and procedures accurately and timely.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment by providing excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring transactions are accurate and efficient.
• Unload, process, and stock freight according to store merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the store.
• Complete daily/weekly tasks efficiently and on time.
• Participate in customer satisfaction, inventory control, safety, and loss prevention initiatives.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and comprehension communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs or team lift 100 lbs.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and ethical behavior.
• Flexible and creative, capable of handling multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
