Oversee merchandising, signage, displays, replenishment, pricing, ad sets, and daily recovery;
Ensure store standards, operational compliance, seasonal planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet expectations;
Oversee merchandise planning, receiving, and proper stocking of the sales floor;
Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure efficient unload/processing and drive associate productivity and customer service standards;
Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed
