Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring each guest has a fast, friendly checkout;
Oversee the daily activities of all store associates to ensure duties are performed effectively and deliver excellent customer service;
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor;
Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and addressing urgent issues;
Manage opening and closing procedures including securing cash, locking doors, and setting alarms
