Mac Donald Broadcasting is hiring Account Executives to join our local sales team. We’re a five-station, locally owned media company combining broadcast radio with digital marketing solutions that help Mid-Michigan businesses grow.

This is a true sales role: you’ll build your own book of business, work directly with local decision-makers, and develop marketing strategies that drive real results.

What You’ll Do:
  • Partner with local business owners to understand their goals and challenges
  • Build and present custom radio + digital marketing campaigns
  • Prospect new business and grow your client base
  • Manage relationships from first contact through long-term partnership
What We’re Looking For:
  • Self-motivated, curious, and driven individuals who enjoy building relationships
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
  • Experience (or strong interest) in B2B sales, consultative selling, or account management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage their pipeline, close business, and work independently
What We Offer:
  • Base salary + 10% commission and up to 14% if goals are met
  • Commission earned from your first sale (no waiting period or ramp delay)
  • Real earning potential of $50,000–$60,000+ in year one for strong performers
    , with upside beyond that as accounts grow
  • 1:1 training in the market from day one
  • 401(k) with match + PTO (includes vacation, sick, holiday)
