Salary: $42,000 base + uncapped commission/month + $11,000 bonus; annual target up to $105,000.
Compensation & Bonuses- $1,000 bonus in the 1st month or faster
- $1,500 bonus in the 2nd month or faster
- $2,500 bonus in the 3rd month or faster
- $1,000 quarterly bonus (possible $4,000)

At Omni Fiber, our Outside Sales Representatives bring high‑speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services directly to customers’ doorsteps. You’ll own your territory, build relationships, and grow our customer base in the communities we serve.
This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Bay City, Midland, Saginaw, and surrounding areas. Territories may shift based on business needs, giving you the opportunity to expand your reach.
No prior sales experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, hands‑on training to set you up for success from day one. What You’ll Do- Connect directly with homeowners through door‑to‑door engagement and in‑home sales presentations
- Clearly communicate the value of Omni Fiber’s internet, voice, and TV services
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory
- Represent Omni Fiber with professionalism, integrity, and energy in every interaction
- Follow all company policies, sales practices, and ethical standards
- Schedule:
Monday‑Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (hours may adjust based on seasonality and weather) - A highly visible, community‑based role where your effort directly drives results
- Ongoing support, training, and development to help you grow your career
- Strong desire to succeed in a quota‑driven sales role
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state‑required auto insurance policy
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Positive and outgoing demeanor with confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally
- Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones
- Use of a personal vehicle required; reimbursement at IRS rate per mile for up to 50 miles round‑trip within territory and beyond
