Compensation & Perks:

• Base Annual Salary

• Connect with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Generate new business and grow the agency’s client base
• Customize policies to fit individual and family needs
• Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts and resolving inquiries
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships
• Stay up to date on industry trends and product offerings

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license or ability to obtain one
• 1–3 years of insurance, retail, marketing or direct sales experience
• Must have reliable transportation
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and drive
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages
• Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients
