Allergy Territory Account Specialist – Flint, MI

Supporting key accounts in assigned geography, focusing on personalized engagement with healthcare providers to improve patient outcomes. Responsibilities include navigating account challenges, building strategic territory plans aligned with shared priorities, leveraging market insights, and utilizing omni-channel strategies for customer engagement. The role entails collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and access support, using digital tools to optimize outreach.

• Bachelor's degree, 2+ years' experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or related complex sales within the last 5 years.
• Proven success in large account management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel 60-80%.
• Residing within or near the territory and holding a valid driver's license is essential.
• Preferred:
  Experience across therapeutic areas, knowledge of patient services, market access, reimbursement pathways, and medical calling on HCPs.
• Senior and executive levels require 5+ and 10+ years' relevant experience, respectively.
• High-value specifics include working in a customer-facing, field-based role with a focus on specialty pharma, biologics, or medical devices, involving omni-channel engagement and account-based selling.
• The role is primarily remote/field, with travel as a core component.
