Job Skills / RequirementsEvent Staff Security Officers utilize their outstanding customer service skills to provide crowd control services for events such as concerts, sporting events, trade shows, and conferences at various locations. They ensure the safety of patrons, employees, and visitors at large (and small) scale events.
Current Openings- Evenings / Weekends
- Limited Day shifts
- Scheduled for a minimum 4-6 events per month
- Rate of Pay: $18.00/hour site dependent

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES- Safety and wellbeing of patrons, guests, and performers.
- Hospitality Security brand with all clients, guests, and co-workers.
- Access Control.
- Must follow venue specific guidelines.
- Foot Patrol.
- Reliability – Report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.
- Friendly Personality – Balance outstanding customer service with client policies and enforce rules.
- Following Company and Client Policies – Interpret written guidelines, follow procedures, and complete tasks throughout the shift.
- Use of De-escalation Techniques – Defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.
- Must be at least 18 years old or older.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Must be available to work at minimum 4+ events per month.
- Must have excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Physical Requirements include:
- Stand or walk for 4-8 hour shifts.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Work in or outdoors during all seasons.
- Hear conversations (in person or via 2‑way radio) in noisy environments.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
