Shift Opening: 1st shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday with 24/7 open availability needed for supervisor duties
LOCATION: Saginaw, MI
Rate of Pay: $22.46/hour (set by contract, non-negotiable)
Pay rates vary by contract and position. The rate shown here is for the supervisory position described below. Candidates who do not meet the availability or experience requirements might be migrated to other contracts within the company based on their other qualifications. This position is full-time (40 hours per week).

Contract:
This position requires that the supervisor:
- Coordinate and direct contracted security personnel, including training, scheduling, and discipline;
- Manage schedules and assignments for security personnel and ensure proper coverage;
- Be available to assist in case of an emergency or deal with unruly individuals on the job site in a calm and professional manner.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with the client and their on‑site and off‑site management.
The open position is for a Security Supervisor. Each officer is expected to perform their duties according to the post orders, including the supervisor. This position will oversee a team of 5-10 personnel.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years old and have at least a high school diploma or equivalent education certification, such as a GED, per MCL 338.1067 §17(2). (Must also be at least 21 years old and be a Michigan CPL or LEOSA cardholder to perform armed security work).
- Must not have been convicted of any felonies, per MCL 338.1060 §10(1)(c).
- Must not have been convicted of any misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, impersonation of law enforcement, assault, weapons, unauthorized sale of information or evidence, controlled substances (including for marijuana), or two or more alcohol related offenses, per MCL 338.1060 §10(1)(c).
- Must be able to pass a drug screening at the time of hire and randomly thereafter (including for marijuana).
- Must adhere to our company’s Uniform and Appearance policy and present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to de‑escalate situations in a non‑confrontational manner. This includes the ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- If driving company or client vehicles, or if using your own vehicle for work activities, must possess a valid State of Michigan driver’s license and have a clean driving record with less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, less than 2 at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years, and no other major violations in the last 3 years.
- Must be willing to become CPR/First Aid/AED certified and be capable of administering this care in emergency situations.
- Must be able to move quickly, including running short distances, to respond in emergency situations.
- Must be physically and mentally sound and able to always remain alert while on duty. (Armed security officers must complete a psychological evaluation upon hire.)
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk long distances, including navigating stairs, for the duration of the shift (8-12 hours).
- Must be able to work indoors or outdoors during all seasons.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to manipulate keys, tools, and other equipment.
