Primary

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Perform complete inspections of equipment and machinery
  • Remove, install, and replace parts and components
  • Implement optional accessories and aftermarket kits
  • Conduct routine and scheduled maintenance
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions
  • Execute general and advanced repairs professionally and efficiently
  • Conduct welding and fabrication tasks as needed
  • Test equipment functionality post-repair or installation
  • Safely operate and maneuver a variety of heavy and light equipment
  • Install attachments, kits, and modifications per customer needs
  • Utilize computer programs for diagnostics, service records, and reporting
  • Document all maintenance and repair activities with accuracy
  • Accurately complete and submit required service documentation and paperwork
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong customer relationships
  • Maintain consistent, regular, and reliable attendance; arrive prepared and on time
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Technician

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in heavy equipment or field service repair
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of:
    • Engines
    • Powertrain systems
    • Hydraulic systems
    • Electrical systems
  • Proven experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
  • Welding and fabrication proficiency
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Commitment to high-quality workmanship and workplace safety
  • Must possess a complete set of professional tools
  • Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook
Language and Communication

Skills:
  • Intermediate language proficiency required
  • Able to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, schematics, and procedural manuals
  • Capable of writing routine service reports and correspondence
  • Comfortable speaking effectively with customers and coworkers in group settings
Mathematical

Skills:
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to:
    • Add and subtract two-digit numbers
    • Multiply and divide using tens and hundreds
    • Work with standard units of American currency, weight, volume, and distance
Reasoning and Problem-Solving Abilities:
  • Intermediate reasoning skills
  • Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
  • Skilled in applying practical judgment to solve problems in standardized, real-world service scenarios
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
  • Physical/Sensory Functions:
    Regularly will stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands;
    Frequently will talk/hear;
    Occasionally will sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • Lift and/or Move Functions:
    Regularly will lift up to 10 pounds;
    Frequently will lift 11 to 25 pounds;
    Occasionally will lift from 26 to 100+ pounds
  • Work Environment:
    Regularly will work near moving mechanical parts;
    Frequently will be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, outdoor weather conditions;
    Occasionally will work in wet or humid conditions (non-weather), extreme cold and heat (non-weather), risk of electrical shock, vibration

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
  • Plus overtime when needed
