Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Technician Pay: $31,200 - $45,760+ a year
Modernistic has provided Michigan communities with exceptional cleaning and restoration services for over 50 years. We are a family‑owned company with six locations and are rapidly growing. We seek a Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Technician for our Saginaw, MI location. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people and has a knack for customer service. This role offers immediate results, a fast‑paced environment, and physical activity.
We provide paid training for those without prior experience.

- Provide outstanding customer service in homes and businesses.
- Work with a partner to deliver air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers.
- Prep areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols.
- Learn from the Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to advance to Lead Technician.
- Educate customers on benefits of additional services.
- Stock and maintain vehicle equipment and supplies each day.
- Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude.
- Dependable with reliable transportation.
- IICRC & NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required.
