Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Technician Pay: $31,200 - $45,760+ a year

We seek a Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Technician for our Saginaw, MI location. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people and has a knack for customer service. This role offers immediate results, a fast‑paced environment, and physical activity.

We provide paid training for those without prior experience.

• Provide outstanding customer service in homes and businesses.
• Work with a partner to deliver air duct, carpet, upholstery, tile cleaning and water restoration services to residential and commercial customers.
• Prep areas for service by moving furniture and following safety protocols.
• Learn from the Lead Cleaning & Restoration Technician to advance to Lead Technician.
• Educate customers on benefits of additional services.
• Stock and maintain vehicle equipment and supplies each day.

• Valid Michigan driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to move and lift 50 lbs. or more.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Friendly, cooperative and positive attitude.
• Dependable with reliable transportation.
• IICRC & NADCA certifications are a plus, but not required.
