Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician, where you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical issues with equipment such as roll converters, extrusion lines, and automated assembly lines. You will work on a rotating 1st shift schedule, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair manufacturing equipment.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete tasks as assigned.
- Troubleshoot and repair machinery.
- Maintain facility and associated equipment.
- Work with maintenance vendors.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition.
- Complete and submit company purchase requisitions.
- Install equipment and electrical components and test to ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure all machinery follows federal, state, and company safety standards.
- 3-5 years industrial plant maintenance or electrical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals.
- Experience with Industrial Controls.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform physical labor.
- Ability to read blueprints and experience with fabrication.
- Excellent safety and attendance record.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair.
- Strong electrical skills are preferred.
- Experience in reading blueprints.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr. Health Dental Vision Holiday Vacation Benefits package on file.
