Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hospital equipment and machinery throughout the Medical Center complex and grounds.;
Operate and maintain steam boiler equipment, air compressors, domestic water systems, cooling towers and related machinery.;
Perform programmed maintenance and repairs, including installing lubricants and replacements as needed.;
Maintain records and communicate information in a timely manner.;
Instruct and assist less experienced maintenance personnel.
