Mobile Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

• Supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment and systems in assigned facilities.
• Assists Mobile Engineers (HVAC/R) and Control Systems Technicians in maintenance and repair efforts, and independently performs defined tasks.
• Maintains interior systems: HVAC/R coil cleaning, evaporator coil cleaning, kitchen equipment maintenance (e.g., meat grinder, cuber, meat saw, slicers).
• Performs minor plumbing repairs and maintains lighting system bulbs and ballasts.
• Completes special tasks including painting, locksmith work, tenant service requests, and general maintenance assignments.
• Available on call for after‑hours emergencies.
• Complies with all safety procedures, maintains good housekeeping, and promotes workplace safety.
• Documents work performance and materials procurement as directed.

Required:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• At least one year of experience in general building repair and maintenance, basic plumbing, and basic electrical.
• Ability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and motor vehicle record screening.

Preferred:

• UST Class B Certification.
• Ability to comply with JLL and client‑directed Policies & Procedures.
