• Masters degree in School Psychology or a related field (required)
• Valid School Psychologist certification in the state of Michigan
• Experience working with students at the elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Strong understanding of MTSS/RTI models and IEP processes
• Effective communication skills for working with students, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop data-driven recommendations for individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention services
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents about student progress and needs
• Support implementation of school-wide social-emotional learning initiatives
• Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in a timely manner
