Job Summary

Saginaw Township Community Schools are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as Sherwood Pool Guest Services – Swim School. This part-time position involves monitoring check‑in procedures and swim activities during the Swim School program and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations if needed.

• Monitoring the swimming area
• Enforce pool rules and regulations
• Provide assistance and first aid in case of emergencies
• Communicate effectively with swimmers and parents
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings
• Report any incidents or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly

• Red Cross CPR/AED certification is required
• Red Cross First Aid certification is required
• Available to work evening hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attendance
• Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday and Friday- 4:15 pm - 8:15 pm
