Job Duties
- Communicate respectfully with drivers and customers to maintain positive relationships.
- Ensure all drivers have completed and accepted all proper paperwork and slips for trips.
- Create a weekly schedule for drivers and guarantee all runs are covered.
- Keep all departments updated on drivers, trips, and runs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desire to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.
- 2–5 years of trucking, transportation, and logistics experience.
- Experience using transportation management software McLeod.
Job Type: Full‑time
Pay:
From $30,000 to $40,000 per year
Expected hours: M‑F 8am - 5pm
