Shipping Coordinator

Amrize is looking for a Shipping Coordinator to ensure all customer orders are accurate, properly packed, and ship on time. This role oversees and assigns duties to six subordinates across three shifts, trains personnel on documentation and safety protocols, and maintains compliance with SOPs.

• Coordinate daily Shipping activities with six onsite Shipping subordinates.
• Develop critical packaging infrastructure to enhance cost efficiency.
• Maintain flexible scheduling across three shifts.
• Maintain accurate recordkeeping of all incoming and outgoing orders for both customers and vendors.
• Plan and communicate goals and objectives to improve operations and efficiency.
• Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies; promote a culture of safety.

• 1-2 years of Shipping and/or Logistics experience.
• Forklift experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Leadership experience providing direction and guidance.

• Adherence to all safety protocols and proper use of approved personal protective equipment, including respirators.
• Must be clean shaven where respirator seal meets face for fit testing.
