JOB DUTIES- Communicate respectfully with drivers and customer to continue a positive relationship.
- Ensure all drivers have completed and accepted all proper paperwork and slips for trips.
- Create a schedule for drivers on a weekly basis and ensure all runs are covered.
- Keep all departments up to date on drivers, trips and runs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.
- Effective with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Desire to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.
- 2-5 years of trucking, transportation, and logistics experience.
- Experience using transportation management software McLeod.
