Licensed Massage Therapist; LMT Clinical Chiropractic Practice

Prime Spine and Wellness is a fast-growing integrative chiropractic clinic seeking a highly skilled, motivated Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who is passionate about helping patients achieve measurable health outcomes. This is not a spa environment
. Our clinic specializes in evidence-based chiropractic care, helping patients reduce pain, restore movement, and improve performance through a collaborative, team-based approach. We are looking for a therapist who thrives in a clinical setting and enjoys being part of an integrated healthcare team.

The ideal candidate is confident in therapeutic and corrective techniques, understands musculoskeletal dysfunction, and is committed to improving patient mobility, reducing pain, and supporting long-term recovery.

• Perform clinical massage therapy treatments tailored to patient needs and treatment plans.
• Work collaboratively with chiropractors and rehabilitation staff to support patient outcomes.
• Document treatment notes accurately and professionally.
• Assess soft tissue dysfunction and apply appropriate therapeutic techniques.
• Educate patients on self-care strategies and recovery recommendations.
• Recommend treatment plans and schedule patient follow-up appointments.
• Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment.

• Current state Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, biomechanics, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Experience with therapeutic, deep tissue, sports, medical, myofascial release, trigger point, or corrective massage techniques.
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence.

• Experience working in a chiropractic, physical therapy, sports medicine, or rehabilitation setting.
• Familiarity with injury recovery and performance-focused treatment plans.
• Understanding of treatment goals, progress tracking, and outcome-based care.

Current massage schedule:

Wednesday
: 9am-5pm and Friday
: 8am-1pm. We would love to be able to offer Saturday appointments, but this is not currently a day we have available at this clinic.
