Full‑Time Production Associate – Pack Operator (Saginaw, TX)

Full‑time

Base pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour (market‑competitive). OIP bonus: 5% annual. Additional earnings potential based on experience and contributions.

• Operate pack equipment and process packing products while ensuring sanitation and food‑safety compliance.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, kneeling, and working in varied temperature and noise environments.
• Rotate through different plant areas and shifts as required.

Must be able to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day; climb ladders, steps, and extensions; lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force; frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach; perform work in indoor/outdoor conditions with heat, cold, dust, loud noise; use personal protective equipment including respirators (e.g., N‑95 dust mask) and maintain a proper seal;

work in elevated areas (4 feet and above); maintain clean shave for respirator seal when required.
