In this role, you’ll take charge of up to five projects, guiding their acceleration and implementation phases. Leveraging your innovation and project expertise, you’ll ensure seamless communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your organizational skills will be key in defining plans, budgets, and monitoring collaboration progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and monitor project acceleration plans with clear deliverables

• Provide critical support for project development and documentation

• Maintain effective communication between teams and stakeholders

• Monitor project progress and make recommendations

• Identify collaboration opportunities with startups and partners

Requirements:

• First experience in project leadership within Innovation or R&D

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Proficient in budget management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Team-oriented with inspiring pedagogical skills
