FP&A Analyst
We are seeking a motivated finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments to join the Finance team at our headquarters in St‑Bruno
.
This role offers direct visibility into regional financial performance and the opportunity to collaborate closely with both head office and local teams across the Americas.
You will play a key role in driving financial insights, improving reporting processes, and supporting strategic decision-making in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor target adherence on key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business performanceDevelop and enhance reporting and analytical tools for Americas sites and product linesPerform monthly variance analysis vs. budget and forecast, identifying and explaining key driversEnsure accuracy and consistency of financial data across Americas sitesTrack and monitor headcount, including proper cost center allocations and workforce changesPrepare and deliver monthly business review presentations for senior leadershipSupport the preparation and coordination of budget, forecast, and rolling forecast cyclesPartner with the FP&A Manager and finance teams on processes and system improvementsCommunicate deadlines, guidelines, and instructions from central finance to regional teamsYour Profile
CPA designation or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field3–5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or related finance rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBilingualism (French and English) requiredAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point Comfortable working with complex financial systems (ERP, reporting tools, etc.)Strong interest in automation, data analysis, and process improvementCurious mindset with a strong ability to learn quicklyWhy Join Us?
