Finance Professional FP&A Analyst

Location: Saint-Bruno

Join Alstom as a motivated FP&A Analyst in St-Bruno and gain high visibility with senior leadership.

Your role will focus on developing insights and supporting decision-making across the Americas.

In this position, you will utilize your finance expertise coupled with strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration among local and head office teams. With 3–5 years of relevant experience, you'll enhance reporting tools and ensure data accuracy while tracking KPIs and headcount allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor key performance indicators for business performance

• Enhance financial reporting and analytical tools

• Conduct monthly variance analysis against budget

• Track headcount and cost center allocations

• Prepare presentations for monthly business reviews

Requirements:

• CPA designation or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or accounting

• Strong communication skills in both French and English

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency

• Eager to learn and improve processes
