• Respond to member inquiries and manage service requests

• Assist clients in choosing tools for their needs

• Process sales transactions efficiently and follow up

• Handle phone inquiries and direct them appropriately

Requirements:

• Trade school diploma in a relevant area

• One year of related job experience

• Bilingual in French is mandatory

• Open availability Monday to Friday, including evenings
